The Jemez Valley Credit
Union The Jemez Valley Credit Union has been providing quality service to it’s members for 38 years. We are proud to be a non-profit member-owned financial institution. Our mission is to provide our members with prompt, accurate, high quality, reasonably priced service. We strive to provide the residents of the Jemez Valley a full service financial institution close to home for their convenience. We are a small credit union with assets just over twelve million. Credit Union members nominate and elect officials of our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. The elected officials that serve on either the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee volunteer their time. The Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee work hard to establish operational guidelines for the credit union to ensure that the needs of the members are being met. Our main goal from day one was to provide financial services to the local pipe liners, forest rangers, loggers, highway workers, and employees of the local monastery. Much has changed since then. We now welcome people who live in the Rio Rancho school district along with the local citizens of the Jemez Valley. Services available to our members have also grown over the years including the installation of a telephone banking system, and an ATM machine. Field of MembershipCan be applied to anyone who lives in, works in or owns property in the Jemez Valley or the Rio Rancho school district. Anyone wishing to apply is welcome and encouraged to come in to the Credit Union to speak with a Member Service Specialist. Once you become a member you must maintain a $25.00 par share deposit in your Regular Share Account at all times. Once you have opened your account with the minimum Par Share deposit you can then open as many other account types as you need using the same member number. Direct Deposits - ATM - Friendly Service |
